TRUETAPE: how to tape your thumb

PHOTO INSTRUCTIONS
Keep your thumb abducted during the whole application.
Optional: Use second strip for additional stabilization.
1. STRIP
Fold strip in the middle and round the corners...
...do not cut the tape fully in the middle.
Tear off paper backing in the middle and fold it back on both sides.
Apply tape without stretch in the middle and the inside of your thumb.
Tape with 50-75% stretch around your thumb...
...towards the back of your hand.
Apply ends without stretch.
Apply the other end of the tape with 50-75% stretch around the other side of your thumb.
Keep applying with 50-75% stretch towards the inside of your wrist.
Apply the end without stretch again.
2. STRIP
Prepare the strip as previously. Apply tape in the middle of the back of your thumb without stretch.
Apply with 50-75% stretch around the inside of your thumb.
Apply slightly next to the anchor point on the back of your thumb towards the inside of your hand.
Apply the end without stretch just between your palm and wrist.
Apply the other end with 50-75% stretch around the outside of your thumb...
... and onwards towards the back of your wrist.
Apply the end without stretch. Make sure to give the whole application another good rub to activate the adhesive. Congrats, that's it.
