What are Crosstapes?

The TRUETAPE® Crosstapes are plasters in a special grid shape, which are applied directly on trigger / acupuncture and pain points on the skin, e.g. on muscles, tendons or ligaments. They can also be used to support scar healing after surgery or other cuts.

With TRUETAPE instructions, you can easily apply your crosstapes yourself, no matter where or for what problem. They are waterproof, very gentle on the skin and can be worn for several days at a time.

Universally applicable

Our Crosstapes come in 3 different sizes. They can be applied directly to pain-, trigger- or acupuncture-points* almost all over the body and on freshly healed scars.

TRUETAPE Crosstapes are waterproof, very skin friendly and drug free. The durability varies depending on the body region, but we make sure to use a particularly durable adhesive.

Each TRUETAPE Crosstape package contains three different sizes.

Safe and easy application

Video and photo instructions will help you apply TRUETAPE. All instructions were developed by doctors and physiotherapists and can be applied at home in a few minutes.
