The TRUETAPE® Crosstapes are plasters in a special grid shape, which are stuck directly on trigger / acupuncture and pain points on the skin e.g. on muscles, tendons or ligaments. They can also be used to support scar healing after surgery or other cuts.
With TRUETAPE instructions, you can easily apply your crosstapes yourself, no matter where or for what problem. They are waterproof, very gentle on the skin and are worn for several days at a time.
You can find your crosstapes in 3 different sizes. They can be applied directly to pain/trigger/ or acupuncture points* almost all over the body anyway fresh, already healed scars.
TRUETAPE Crosstapes are waterproof, very skin friendly and drug free. The durability varies depending on the body region, but we make sure that the adhesive is particularly durable.

Size S, for example, is perfect for use on children or on the hands, neck and head of adults.
Size M is used on larger muscle groups and medium-sized joints such as the elbow, shoulder, neck or wrist.
Size L is best used on large muscle groups or large joints such as the back, thigh, knee or ankle.
There are two areas of application for crosstapes. The first area of application is pain points/trigger points and tension. For this purpose, stick your TRUETAPE® crosstapes directly onto muscular pain points and tension knots.
The second area of application is for scars. In order to apply TRUETAPE® Crosstape to scars, it is important that the wound is clean and already closed and that the stitches have been removed after an operation. You apply our crosstapes here for approx. 3-5 weeks and directly after the scar has healed.
You can wear your TRUETAPE® Crosstapes for up to 7 days. The durability varies greatly depending on where the crosstape is applied. In most cases, the wearing time is between 3-5 days. Our crosstapes are waterproof and therefore remain on the skin even when showering.
