You can use the TRUEBALL almost all over the body and also roll out hard-to-reach parts of the body without assistance. However, please note that you should not roll with high pressure directly over bony structures, larger blood vessels or nerves.
The TRUEBALL is a genuine natural product. Because cork is a renewable resource obtained by peeling cork oak trees. Cork makes the TRUEBALL non-slip on many surfaces and enables an even more targeted massage due to its high firmness.
Thanks to its diameter of 8 cm, the TRUEBALL also has the perfect size to roll out both smaller and larger muscle groups.
The TRUEBALL is produced in Portugal. The cork is sourced from Portuguese cork oaks, which are mainly found in the south of the country. A cork oak can be peeled every nine years from an age of about 20 to 30 years. Luckily, the tree is not damaged in the process and even binds more atmospheric CO2 when peeled than before!
