PHOTO INSTRUCTIONS
To stretch the skin and your muscle, move into a slight step forward position and press your heel against the floor.
1. STRIP
Apply the tape without stretch onto the Achilles tendon at the bottom of your calf.
Apply the tape with 25 % stretch curving towards the knee pit.
Finish the end without stretch.
2. STRIP
Apply the anchor without stretch approximately 2 cm below the first strip on the outside of your calf.
Apply the tape with 25% stretch curving in a V Shape on the outside of your calf.
Finish the end of the tape without stretch.
Make sure to give the whole application another good rub to activate the adhesive. Congrats, that's it.
