2 TRUETAPE strips
1 pair of scissors

PHOTO INSTRUCTIONS
Bend your arm at approximately 90° and hold it in front of your body.
1. STRIP
Cut one strip in half and apply the tape with 75% stretch over your point of pain to the outside of your elbow.
Finish both ends without stretch.
2. STRIP
Apply the second half strip with 75% stretch centered and in line with your upper arm over your point of pain.
Finish both ends without stretch.
3. STRIP
Apply the anchor of the third strip without stretch to the backside of your upper arm and just between the cross.
Extend your arm and flex your wrist slightly and tape with 25% stretch in a curve over your point of pain and onwards to your underarm muscles.
Finish the end of the tape without stretch.
Make sure to give the whole application another good rub to activate the adhesive. Congrats, that's it.
