PHOTO INSTRUCTIONS
Stretch your skin by placing your hand on your opposite front pocket.
1. STRIP
Apply the anchor without stretch below the shoulder muscles on the outside of your upper arm.
Apply with 25% stretch curving around the back of your shoulder towards the top of it
Finish the tape at the top of your shoulder without stretch.
Move your hand towards your tailbone.
2. STRIP
Apply the anchor without stretch slightly ahead of the first strip.
Apply the tape with 25% stretch and curve around the frontside of your shoulder.
Finish the tape without stretch just ahead of the first strip.
Make sure to give the whole application another good rub to activate the adhesive. Congrats, that's it.
