PHOTO INSTRUCTIONS
Bend forward to stretch your hamstrings.
1. STRIP
Apply the anchor slightly medial above the knee.
Apply the tape with 25% stretch alongside your hamstrings.
Finish the end without stretch. NOTE: apply the tape directly onto your skin (not clothes as shown).
2. STRIP
Apply the anchor of the second strip next to the first one.
Apply the tape with 25% stretch upwards your hamstrings in a V shape.
Finish the end without stretch again. NOTE: apply the tape directly onto your skin (not clothes as shown).
Make sure to give the whole application another good rub to activate the adhesive. Congrats, that's it.
