2 TRUETAPE strips

PHOTO INSTRUCTIONS
Bend your knee at around 90° and locate your point of pain.
1. STRIP
Cut the first strip in half and apply the tape with 75% stretch right over your point of pain in extension to your upper leg.
Apply the ends without any stretch.
2. STRIP
Apply the second half strip with 75% stretch and perpendicular to the first one and in line with your lower leg.
Apply the ends without any stretch.
3. STRIP
Apply the anchor without stretch just underneath the two applied strips.
Apply with 25% stretch and curve slightly over your point of pain towards your hip.
Finish the tape without stretch.
Make sure to give the whole application another good rub to activate the adhesive. Congrats, that's it.
