Frequently Asked Questions
There are 2 TRUETAPE variants to choose from, but they only differ in their configuration, not in the material or adhesive properties. One is TRUETAPE® and the other is the TRUETAPE® PRO Edition. TRUETAPE® is already precut and contains 20 strips á 25cm x 5cm per roll. The PRO Edition is the uncut version and is available in a 5m roll. If you want to tear off the strips directly from the roll or tap directly on the go and without scissors, you should choose the precut strips. If you want to customize and cut your tape anyway, it is best to take the TRUETAPE® PRO Edition. *
You can use the TRUEBALL almost all over the body and also roll out hard-to-reach parts of the body without assistance. However, please note that you should not roll with high pressure directly over bony structures, larger blood vessels or nerves.
The intensity of the application can be easily adjusted individually:
- LOW: Take the TRUEBALL in your hand and roll it with light pressure over accessible body regions.
- MEDIUM: Clamp the fascia ball between you and a door frame or a wall and lean against it as you wish.
- HIGH: Sit or lie on the TRUEBALL to apply pressure with your entire body weight.
